VagalPath is built with your privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device.
Data Collection
We do not collect any data. Specifically:
- No personal information (name, email, phone number)
- No usage analytics or tracking
- No location data
- No health data transmitted off your device
- No advertising identifiers
- No cookies or web tracking
- No third-party analytics SDKs
Data Storage
All app data — including your progress, journal entries, nervous system check-ins, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device.
Third-Party Services
VagalPath does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or cloud storage providers. There are no servers. There is no backend.
Data Sharing
We do not share any data with anyone, for any purpose. There is no data to share.
Data Deletion
You can delete all app data at any time from within the app via Settings > Delete All Data. Uninstalling the app will also remove all stored data from your device.
Children’s Privacy
VagalPath does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the app collects no data whatsoever, there is no risk of children’s data being collected or processed.
Health Information
VagalPath is designed for general wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any self-reported nervous system states or journal entries remain entirely on your device and are never accessed by us.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Since we collect no data, changes are unlikely to be material.
