Overview
EachKid does not collect, store, or transmit any of your data. Everything stays on your device.
Data Collection
We collect no data. Specifically:
- No personal information
- No usage analytics
- No crash reports
- No device identifiers
- No location data
- No advertising identifiers
Data Storage
All data created by the app — your children’s names, session history, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. Nothing is transmitted to any server.
- Children: Names, icons, and colours are stored in a local database on your device
- Sessions: Start and end times are stored in the same local database
- Settings: Stored on your device using local storage
Third-Party Services
EachKid does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or analytics tools. The only external service involved is the App Store for the initial download.
Data Sharing
We do not share any data with anyone, for any purpose. There is no data to share.
Internet Connection
EachKid does not require an internet connection to function. The app works entirely offline.
Data Deletion
You can delete individual children and their session history from within the app by long-pressing on a child and selecting “Delete.” Uninstalling the app will remove all data.
Children’s Privacy
EachKid stores children’s first names locally on the device of the parent, youth worker, or mentor using the app. No data about children — or anyone — is collected, transmitted, or shared.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Since we collect no data, meaningful changes to this policy are unlikely.
